MMFC Welcome House Provide programs and health seminars include services geared towards active senior participation and their well being.

The following activities are some of the programs we offer to our members: Yoga, Healthy Cooking, Mental Health, Stigma on Mental Health, Elder Abuse and Aging Issues.

Eye doctors, Dentist, hearing aid professional, dietician are arranged time to time to provide awareness programs and professionals on diabetes, Stress, Alzheimer, Arthritis and Cancer provide monthly awareness seminars and workshops.

Yoga classes and other activities are conducted every Thursday at 8 Shadlock Street Unit 5A Markham ON L3S 3E1, in view of the increased interest and active participation of our members in all the above programs.
